The period from February until June is "Peak Season" for the seat building business. We are typically working 10 hours a day 6 days a week filling orders.
Unfortunately, time spent chatting on the phone during this time is a luxury we simply don't have. We have sophisticated smart phones with messaging systems that notify us virtually immediately when a customer has a question or needs assistance. E-mails recieve a high priorty with us, and often are answered within hours and almost always within 24 hours.

We don't quote prices over the phone since we like to have a complete written record of our transactions.
Time chatting on the phone or swapping voice mail messages - and it is sometimes endless - takes away from time spent making seats. We respond VERY quickly to E-mail inquiries - GIVE IT A TRY!
