Please note that our seats do not require an additional rain cover that others charge up to $45.00 for each seat! The aluminized one piece polyethylene barrier fabric located directly underneath Polar Mesh waterproofs the foam. It is glued in place, there are no needle holes or seams to allow water to penetrate. Polar Mesh is 100% hydrophobic, it cannot wet.

WARRANTY
There's no top cover material - not vinyl, leather or even our tough polyester mesh that can handle sun constantly without being damaged. We recommend covering your seat when outside. The cover is warrantied for 18 months for the original owner. The foam composite is warrantied for 3 years from the date of manufacture for the original owner. If your seat has been abused or left out in the sun or elements unprotected this warranty will be void. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO EVERY SEAT WE MANUFACTURE, REGARDLESS OF STYLE. IF YOUR SEAT COVER IS DAMAGED DUE TO A CRASH, BURN, CUT OR EVEN BOOT SCUFF IT WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE for the original owner for a period of 18 months. We will be the sole and final authority to evaluate your cover and/or composite for warranty consideration. OWNER TO PRE PAY SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM OUR FACILITY for all warranty claims and include a pre paid UPS ONLY return shipping label along with your seat. We will not send seats collect or by any other shipper, EVEN if prepaid. Any and all returns for any reason must be issued an RMA number by us prior to return. Returns not having an RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender. Additional return shipping costs will be incurred.
COMFORT GUARANTEE, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
When we build your seat it is custom fabricated exclusively for you like a pair of fine bespoke shoes by highly trained artisans - it is custom fitted and takes hours to build. Due to this high level of individual build there are absolutely no refunds. 99% percent of our customers are EXTREMELY happy with what we make for them. While low OEM seats can be greatly improved by our process they cannot ever be made to perform to high comfort specifications inherent in thicker, higher seats unless they are made wider in the rear. This is also true of ANY of our competitors using ANY TECHNQUES or materials. We CAN build very high performing and more comfortable low seats when they are built to wider MAGNUM specification at additional cost when initially ordered. None of our seats once built can be modified further or upgraded without starting over from scratch with an OEM seat. Our seats are permanently glued together with extremely strong adhesives which will result in the foam being torn if an attempt is made to take them apart. Heated seats have special issues which we will not guarantee, please see our FAQ's for a more thorough discussionon heated seats. We stock a wide variety of OEM seat pans that we may use to fabricate your seat instead of the seat you send us. We do this in order to expedite your order and improve productivity. These OEM pans are not available for advance orders - we must have your identical OEM seat and pan physcially at our facility before we start to fabricate your seat.
Turn around time once in our shop is 2-3 days with a production date. We need your intact OEM seats to work with, we will not work on any seats that have been previously modified. They must be exactly as they came from the original equipment manufacturer.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER and PAYMENT
When you order a seat we assign a definite production date and require 100% nonrefundable prepayment to hold this date. We accept personal checks, money orders or PayPal at [email protected] or you CAN use a credit card with PayPal. If paying by personal check return shipping may be delayed up to 10 business days in order for the check to clear. It is your responsibility to have your UNDAMAGED and intact OEM seat delivered to us prior to the production date. We'll need to know how many seats you are sending to calculate shipping charges which should be included in final payment. We charge close to actual shipping costs to return your seats, typically in the range of $20.00 to $75.00 anywhere in the US. We only accept shipments by UPS, DHL or Fed Ex, etc. DO NOT send your seat "signature required" as it will dramatically delay production of your seat or by US Postal Service as we do not have service at this address! We do not have time to interrupt production multiple times during the work day to sign for deliveries. Your seat is shipped to a secure location and your standard shipping receipt provides proof of delivery. Any and all returns for any reason must be issued an RMA number by us prior to return. Returns not having an RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender. Additional return shipping costs will be incurred.
We DO NOT DO REPAIRS and any seat received in less than satisfactory condition or previously modified - in our sole and final opinion - will be returned to the customer at their cost plus a $50.00 handling fee.
Missed production dates due to no payment, or non receipt of seats on time will forfeit the production and date and be re-scheduled a time allows. Normal turn around time is 2-3 business days, custom orders or large orders including accessories may take significantly longer. Express shipping and rush order status is available and surcharges will apply. We ship worldwide.
When we custom remanufacture your seat it is completely taken apart, measured, cut into pieces and rebuilt using a precise process of lamination with extremely strong adhesives which once bonded cannot be separated without destroying the seat.
All specifications, polices and prices subject to change at any time. Once any final payment has been received prior to construction your order cannot be cancelled and the payment will not be refunded, regardless of reason.
