KonTour standard build using our exclusive Polar Mesh
fabric on a 2008 BMW GS1200. Our polyester mesh
cover allows free air flow through the entire seat: you'll never have a hot sweaty crotch again - even on searingly
hot or humid days. The lack of large seams found on almost all other after market seats dramatically reduces pressure
points.

KonTour MAGNUM:
The best seat in the house. For years we've been asked to design a seat
specifically for big guys - up to 350 lbs. , over 6 feet tall and with inseams over 32". Up until now we've
always referred them to a competitor that uses steel springs as "outriggers" to provide a wider seat. While steel springs are up to the job, they tend to be extremely hard on the outside edges and more or less force you
into two specific positions on the seat: All the way back locked in touring mode, or all the
way forward with your butt off the seat and feet flat on the ground at stops. They simply had no middle
position - and your legs were also forced into one specific angle for long periods of time. After experimenting
with multiple composite structures and after producing half a dozen prototypes we've finally come up with what we think
is absolutely the best seat in the house designed for larger guys: The KonTour MAGNUM.

KonTour MAGNUM driver's seat for a K1300 GT.
This seat was good for 25 miles maximum prior to our modifications. The 280 lb. owner now reports he can easily ride
out a full tank of gas without discomfort!
Polar Mesh
is permanently glued to the waterproofing and heat reflecting barrier fabric directly below it. By gluing the cover in place
it can never bunch up or slide on the foam below like ordinary vinyl covers that are simply stapled in place around the perimeter.
Polar Mesh has a "grain" that will keep you from sliding forward on the seat
- a huge complaint among most motorcyclists. By staying PLANTED on your seat you have more control and eliminate
skin shear. You'll never long for cheap wooden beads or smelly sheep skin covers again!

KonTour standard build Polar Mesh seat for a
2007 Moto Guzzi Norge 1200.
This customer requested his seat to be raised an inch for both the driver and pillion,
as well as having both sections individually built to KonTour Specification for each person's weight and inseam. Custom modifications
are NOT a problem for Kontour Seat! Here's what one Norge customer had to say
a month later after we completed a rush order for him: " The seat you redid for me was to say the least "fantastic"!!
Many miles each day after day through Alaska and Canada and not one complaint from Mr. Buns. It rained-was muddy-dusty-ruts-pot
holes the size of wash tubs, and through it all I never once got the "seat shuffles". Your product is great and
I give you 9.5 out of 10 . Thank you for the rush - it was worth the extra cost. "

Black vinyl on the front of a GL1800 passenger seat at 173F! The
ambient temperature is 95F, the sun directly overhead and the asphalt pavement temperature is 151F. Putting your hand on
the seat at this temperature will cause 3rd degree burns.
